North, one of the grandsons of a business magnate and heirs to the vast Jiramongkolthanan fortune, takes a break from his busy life to travel to China, where he manages some small business ventures. There, he meets Yu, a strikingly handsome man with an impressive background, and the two share an instant spark. Upon returning to Bangkok and spending a few intense weeks together, North decides to marry Yu, disregarding the warnings of his cautious cousin, Pai. Concerned that North might be falling into a trap, Pai confides in his fiance, Tim, but his efforts to convince North to call off the wedding ultimately fail. The truth is, no one suspects that Yu isn't who he claims to be. Worse still, Pai is unaware that it's not just Yu who's a scammer; his own fiance, Tim, is also part of the same con artist ring. Before long, Pai's secretary, Nana, uncovers Yu's deceit. Shocked, Pai orders North to divorce Yu immediately. However, there's a catch. North signed a prenuptial agreement converting his personal assets into marital property, making a swift divorce impossible without risking half his wealth to Yu. Therefore, they devise a temporary arrangement. North will stay with Yu until he can negotiate the return of his assets. But as they live together, a genuine bond forms, turning their relationship into something a lot like love. Tim, still able to conceal his true identity, continues with his plan as he and Pai prepare for their upcoming wedding. But the more time he spends with Pai, the deeper he falls for his unwitting target. Then, one day, an unexpected obstacle appears: Kuea, a sharp-eyed businessman who quickly picks up on Tim's suspicious behavior. Kuea's presence threatens Tim's scheme, ultimately leading to a dramatic expose. When the truth about Yu and Tim reaches the billionaire magnate, everything escalates. Furious, he decides to disown Pai and cut ties with his in-laws, leaving only his favored grandson, North, in the family's good graces -but under one condition: North must marry Kuea. Enraged and betrayed, Pai blames Tim for the deceit that led to his disinheritance.
