Based on the novel by Jorge Franco, the series stars María Fernanda Yépes as Rosario, a beautiful but dangerous woman from Medellín's Comuna 13. Her childhood, marked by pain and abuse, leads her to become a sicaria (female hitwoman). The story follows her tumultuous love affairs with two inseparable friends from wealthy families, Antonio de Bedout and Emilio Echegaray, as their lives intertwine in a world of violence and passion.
